Duel's terms of service ban players from these countries and territories, quoted as of 25 September 2026:
Afghanistan, Armenia, Australia, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, France, Germany, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Libya, Lithuania, Mali, Montenegro, Myanmar/Burma, Netherlands (including Curaçao and the other territories of the Kingdom), North Korea, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Slovakia, Somalia, South Sudan, Spain, Sudan, Syria, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America and its territories, Venezuela, Yemen.
The honest grey zone
The United States is the case readers ask about most. The terms ban US play by name. The site itself, on our test date, did not geo-block a US connection and let a sign-up through. Two hard limits still apply: the card on-ramp is disabled for US accounts, and every third-party slot provider excludes the US in its own licence. We report this; we do not recommend either way.
Do not use a VPN to get around a block. It breaks Duel's terms, and the operator can close the account and hold the balance. Identity checks at your first withdrawal will show your real country.
